Perfectly private, the villa spreads over one level, basking in panoramic sea views and golden sunsets, witnessed from the outdoor living room and infinity pool, resplendent  in its aqua tranquility. Amenities and harbourside tavernas can be found a short drive away in the fishing village of Agia Galini, while the local beach areas of Agios Pavlos and Triopetra offer beachside tavernas . 

Grey natural stone, wooden beamed ceilings and incredible sea vistas out to ‘Paximadia’ island form the key design features of Villa Lagremha. With absolute privacy and a huge surrounding plot of land, the tall glass doors and view to Paximadia Island need never be covered. Entering the 180sqm villa, the open plan layout lends itself to soaking up every inch of the view beyond, with large French windows facing south, seawards, allowing the aquamarine horizon to fill the space. Intelligent design delivers a practical layout, with a central hub of living space flanked on both sides by a separate wing of the house. Each wing features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can be separated from the main living space by a sliding door, offering privacy to its guests. 

The main indoor living area has a long wooden dining table that seats 8 and a built-in lounge seating area, backed with bright ethnic cushions, forming a cosy cubby. It offers a  great spot to relax with a book, play a game or enjoy a movie night on the wall mounted  50” Smart TV.  Two armchairs and a coffee table offer a chillout area and can be positioned  for movie watching or panorama gazing. French doors open to the upper level of the pool terrace and outdoor living room. 

In stark contrast to the otherwise rustic, natural elements of the house, the kitchen shines sleek, modern and bright white within the open plan living space..The kitchen island is flanked by 3 high stools which provides a casual dining spot or social area to congregate while cooking. The kitchen features modern, high quality appliances ensuring you have all you need to make delicious holiday meals. 

With four sea view bedrooms in total, each wing of the house is home to one ensuite queen size bedroom and one twin bedded room with a separate bathroom, just steps away. The ensuite bedrooms feature a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00), 32”Smart TV and patio doors providing direct access to the pool terrace.The modern ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet and large rainshower. The twin bedded rooms offer two single beds ( 0,90 x 2,00) and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. A separate bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom providing easy access, with a sink, toilet and rainshower.

The east wing of the house has a practical utility room with a washing machine and a further room where one can find an additional fridge freezer to that provided in the kitchen.

Outdoor Area

Villa Lagremha lies within a perfectly private, 19,000sqm plot that pays tribute to the natural landscape, with local plants and open land heading seaward. A large dual level terrace boasts a comfortable outdoor living area under shade on its higher level, with  deep steps leading into the infinity style pool. The lower terrace provides poolside sun loungers. Designed for sheer indulgence, comfort, privacy and unlimited views the facilities include:

- Lower poolside terrace with 8 sun loungers where you can relax and simply soak up the clean, fresh air and calming vista.

- Poolside shower on the terrace for a refreshing cool down from the warm summer sun.

- The gardens wrap around the house with local plants and bushes, in tune with the local landscape.

- Private parking within the grounds with space for 4 cars, 2 of which are shaded under a pergola. 

Important Accommodation Notes:

* Villa Lagremha  is accessed from an unmade road so we would recommend renting an SUV or other crossover style car which are raised higher from the road.
